I am happy to say that 7 million children have been taught MindUP in schools around the world and growing. Life can have many chapters and I can say this may be the greatest of my life. To see our children use these tools in their lives brings tears of joy to my eyes. Sharing what we are grateful for is one of our MindUP lessons so I would like to share my gratitude for all of you who have supported us along the way in helping our youth grow to be happy, healthy, productive adults.

We took the opportunity to share connections we have made to places or experiences from simple scents. The kids are using the brain language and understanding the function of the three parts. For example, we talk about calming our amygdala after lunch and recess. I have heard them using the terms in their everyday talk. So far it is going really great.
