I beat all the Hidden Kombatants first try, apart from this guy, who I couldn't beat to save my life. Then I get a perfect on him?! And only 1, koins?! The restart match trick may also work with Hidden Kombatant 2, although I did not have success with this method in his case.
I did try at least ten times before I gave up, and it's possible I wasn't high enough up the ladder, or because Smoke was already in the ladder to begin with in the very next fight no less. User Info: NCRhavoc. You can lose all you want and still get to fight anyone except Jade.
Personally I just restarted ladder until I got the stage I needed and then if stuff didn't happen I'd just restart with player select without finishing the match. User Info: eviltom If you couldn't I first did it with Johnny Cage and I blocked through out the match as a precaution, got double flawless, and did his stage fatality which has block in the input and it trigged the Reptile fight.

The air throw gives you a guaranteed spear that the CPU will either have to block, or super armor through. Good luck! Got this achievement while not blocking, but ended up pushing my foe to the left side while using Noob, I thought I did some special fatality of something for pushing my foe off, but then Noob appeared after the same noise as a fatality.
